Reference information of the PPO

The primary trade union organization of NPP Neftekhimiya was established in May 2011. Its goal is to represent employee interests and build a dialogue with the employer.

The trade union initiated and participated in negotiations for a Collective Agreement, which establishes social guarantees, benefits, and working conditions for employees for three years.

The trade union pays special attention to occupational health and safety. Trade Union Occupational Safety and Health Representatives:

• Participate in special assessments of working conditions and workplace certification.
• Conduct inspections of buildings, equipment, and utility rooms.
• Monitor the availability of protective equipment for employees.
• Ensure compliance with work and rest schedules and the timeliness of inspections.
• Check the preparation and implementation of hazardous work.
• Record comments in reports and monitor their resolution.

For each comment, the company provides a report on the measures taken.
